Accommodation

Two ground level holiday cottages (Stable and Laurel) located in a private garden on our working farm in Harpley in north-west Norfolk.

The cottages are barn conversions and laid out on one floor with no steps. They high vaulted ceilings with beams. 

Central heating throughout.

There are two cosy bedrooms in each cottage. One has the option of a super king or twin beds. Please tell us when you book which set up you would like.

 The second room (pictured) has a double bed. 

Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

The bathroom is a wet-room style space comprising of a toilet, sink and shower area. There are grab rails on the walls. See below for accessibility equipment that can be provided upon request free of charge.

The kitchen comes equipped with all standard kitchen equipment that you would need to cook and entertain up to 10 people. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher.  There is an under counter fridge with very small freezer space inside that.

The main living space has 2 sofas and an electric riser armchair around a coffee table.

For entertainment there is a freeview television and DVD player. There is no wifi in the cottage but does have 4G connectivity.

There is a private garden and the perimeter is fenced off securely.

There is parking for several cars and paving slabs laid from the front door to the first car parking space.

We accept up to two dogs subject to age and breed. There is a charge of £20 per stay for accepted dogs. As the living room floor is laminate wood, you must bring a dog bed and always ensure your pet does not go on any furniture or in the bedrooms please.

Both cottages are wheelchair friendly. There are no steps from the moment you park your car, over the flat threshold and throughout the cottages. Upon request, we provide an electric riser armchair in the living room, a shower chair with commode option for the wetroom and a 4 inch raised loo seat.
